About Programme
The goals of the Programme are to infuse team work into students, to activate their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, to provide ability with organization and management, to understand and evaluate events in every respect and create solutions to problems, to educate managers and manager candidates with knowledge that belongs to dynamics of business. The objectives of the Programme is to provide effective, efficent and qualified education to support scientific development.

History
The entrepreneurship program started accepting students in 2014 and had its first graduates in 2018.
Qualification Awarded
When the program is completed successfully and the program qualifications are met, a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship is obtained.
Admission Requirements
For Turkish Citizens:
(1) High School Diploma, (2) Placement through a centralised, nation-wide student selection and placement examination organized by Assessment, Selection and Placement Centre (ÖSYM). Candidates gain access to the programmes based on their composite scores consisting of the scores on the centralized exam and high school grade point averages.
For International Students:
(1) High School Diploma and its "Certificate of Equivalency” granted by the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MoNE). (2) Exam for International Student (YÖS) or international university entrance examinations such as SAT I, ACT, etc., recognised by the national authority in higher education, the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Candidates gain access to the programmes based on their scores obtained from YÖS or equivalent exams.
Higher Grade Transition
Upon successful completion of this programme, students may apply to second cycle degree or directly to integrated third cycle (doctorate) programmes.
Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate from this undergraduate program, students must meet the following requirements: Students must pass all credit courses with a minimum D letter grade and all non-credit courses with a minimum G letter grade. • To pass all the courses specified in the curriculum of the program by taking at least 240 ECTS. • Must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 out of 4.00 (60 out of 100). Students admitted in 2017 or later must take at least one University Elective Course (ÜSD) each semester and complete it successfully. Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Graduates of Entrepreneurship Programme have a wide range of career opportunities before them as seen below: • They can choose to be academicians at universities. • They can work as banker, financial advisor, financial consultant and auditor in private sector. • They can also become assistant specialist, expert and civil cervant in public sector. • They can also work in public relations, human resources, accounting and finance and marketing departments in national and international corporations.
Assessment and Grading
The exams are conducted by the Dean's Office as stated in the "Karabük University Associate Degree, Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations".
