About Programme

Objective of Energy Systems Engineering Department; Qualified and equipped engineers are trained to satisfy the requirements of public sector and industrial sector.

With this purpose:

1. Mathematical, science, and engineering knowledge is applied on energy systems engineering problems to give the usage ability of this combination for students.

2. Students are educated with the ability how a system and product component is designed with the regard of important parameters such as standars, restrictions, cost, efficiency, environmental and social effects.

3. Students are equipped with the theoritical knowledge and practical ability to estimate energy system problems and formulate, modeling, analysis and solving, with this ability they can design a test, proceed, analyse the results and evaluate them.

4. Usage of modern engineering, calculation and representation opportunities is given for the students.

5. Last class students are directed to a energy system application area with their request.
