About Programme
Program, sağlık turizmi alanında stratejik yönetim, hizmet tasarımı ve kalite, uluslararası hasta hareketliliği, mevzuat ve etik, pazarlama ve dijital dönüşüm konularında derinleşmiş, kanıta dayalı karar veren, çok disiplinli ekipleri yönetebilen uzmanlar yetiştirmeyi amaçlar. Paydaş odaklı yaklaşım ve sürdürülebilirlik ilkeleri vurgulanır.
History
Established in 2024, the programme has evolved with Türkiye’s growing health tourism sector, updating its curriculum and partnerships accordingly.
Qualification Awarded
Upon successful completion, graduates receive the degree of Master’s in Health Tourism
Admission Requirements
Graduation from one of the following undergraduate programs: Business Administration, Health Management, Tourism Management, Tourism Guiding, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Nursing, Midwifery, Nutrition and Dietetics. Have obtained a minimum score of 55 on the ALES exam in the relevant score type. Meet the other conditions announced by the KBÜ Graduate School of Education.
Higher Grade Transition
Graduates who have successfully completed the Master's program in Health Tourism may apply for doctoral education in related fields.
Graduation Requirements
Minimum 120 ECTS: at least 7 courses, a seminar, field/specialisation course, and a thesis; 30 ECTS per semester. Seminar and thesis are non-credit and assessed as pass/fail. Thesis writing/defense must comply with institute formatting and timelines

Assessment and Grading
Assessment methods include midterms, assignments/projects, presentations, practice reports, and final exams; weightings are announced in course information packages. Grading and passing criteria are subject to the principles of the education, teaching, and examination regulations.
