About Programme
Ensure that the quota for those who want to do a Masters Degree in Economics and in the field of economics, making them more qualified to resolve the lack of information. They can make the macro and micro analysis, correct the problem of defining an adequate and qualified personnel to produce effective solutions aimed to contribute to the national economy. One of the goals of the program by the formation of the scientific work of scientists who wish to pursue an academic career in the future candidates is to contribute to closing the education gap by allowing the instructor.

Admission Requirements
For Turkish Citizens: First Cycle (Bachelor's) Degree diploma, (2) A minimum score of 55 in the Examination for Academic Personnel and Graduate Studies (ALES) or equivalent international examinations scores for graduate-level programmes such as GRE, GMAT, etc., recognised by YÖK. Candidates gain access to the programmes based on their composite scores consisting of the scores on ALES and first cycle degree grade point averages. For International Students: First Cycle Degree diploma obtained from universities recognised by YÖK. Candidates gain access to the programmes based on their first cycle degree grade point averages.

Higher Grade Transition
Upon successful completion of this programme, students may apply to third cycle programmes.

Graduation Requirements
In order to qualify for the award of a Master’s Degree, a student must have complated
- 7 courses with minimum 21 local credits,
- One seminar and pass its oral examination,
- Submission of a M.Sc. Thesis and pass its oral examination,
- A minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00 (65/100) and 120 ECTS and no failing grades.

Assessment and Grading
The measurement and evaluation methods applied for each course are defined in the "Course Teaching Plan" prepared by the relevant faculty member / s and included in the information package.
Exams, evaluations and grading are made according to Karabuk University Postgraduate Education Regulation.
